Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (finely sliced)
- 2 cup yogurt
- 2 clove garlic (mashed)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- pepper and salt to taste
- 1 pinch of mint (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix in the cucumber and yogurt with all other ingredients.
- Serve Cold.
