Ingredients
- 1 kgrams beef steak cut into thin strips
- All-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms(preferred fresh)
- 1 beef broth
- 1 mushroom soup packet
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 cup cream
Instructions
- Season the meat strips with some salt, black pepper and garlic powder, then dust with flour.
Brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter.
- Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings.
- Sauté for a few minutes, until the onion is tender. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon flour.
- Put the steak back into the pan with the onion and mushrooms. Add the mushroom soup and beef broth.
- Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, covered.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, adding salt and pepper, as needed. Stir in the cream the last few minutes, right before you serve.

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 beaten egg
- 500 grams ground meat
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 100 grams sweet sausage stuffing
- 6 tbsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- lemon zest
- fresh black pepper, red pepper
Instructions
- Mix the bread crumbs, egg, ground beef, sausage meat, Parmesan cheese, parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and black/red pepper.
- Knead the ingredients together well until the mixture is smooth.
- Shape the meat into small balls to suit your taste.
- Lay the meatballs out on a tray, cover with wax paper and chill for an hour.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet, over medium-high heat.
- Cook the meatballs on all sides until brown.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 5-1/4 cups milk
- 3/4 cup half-and-half cream
Instructions
- Combine the cocoa, sugar and pinch of salt in a saucepan.
- Blend in the boiling water.
- Bring this mixture to an easy boil while you stir.
- Simmer and stir for about 2 minutes. Watch that it doesn’t scorch.
- Stir in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot, but do not boil!
- Remove from heat.
- Serve with some cream on top and Hershey’s kisses.

- 1.5 cups dried bread crumbs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1.5 Kgs lean ground beef
- 1 large yellow onion, grated on the large-hole side of a box grater
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from about 1 lime)
- 3 tablespoons ketchup, plus extra for serving
- 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 18 mini burger buns
Instructions
- Place the bread crumbs in a large bowl. Cover with the milk and soak for 2 minutes. Add the ground beef, onion, beaten egg, lime juice, ketchup, garlic, salt, paprika, and a pinch of pepper and work the ingredients together with your hands or a wooden spoon just until combined. Form the mixture into 18 small patties and refrigerate for a while.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add about half of the burgers and brown them on each side around five minutes. Keep warm while you cook the remaining burgers.
- Set the fritas on the buns. Top each burger with generous amounts of mayonaise, cheddar cheese, and guacamole and shoestring French fries or potato chips, then add the bun tops and serve.
